Analisis Pengaruh Motivasi, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Ketersediaan Fasilitas terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas PUPR Provinsi Papua Tengah

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, kepuasan kerja, dan ketersediaan fasilitas terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) Provinsi Papua Tengah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 37 pegawai sebagai responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, regresi linier berganda, uji t, dan uji F menggunakan SPSS versi 29. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sebaliknya, ketersediaan fasilitas terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan fasilitas kerja menjadi faktor yang paling dominan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa dalam konteks geografis Papua Tengah yang penuh tantangan, ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana kerja yang memadai lebih menentukan kinerja dibandingkan faktor psikologis seperti motivasi dan kepuasan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya prioritas peningkatan fasilitas kerja, diiringi strategi penguatan motivasi dan kepuasan untuk mendukung efektivitas kinerja pegawai.
