Abstrak

BONETA Restaurant, located in Makassar, has faced challenges with its manual ordering system, particularly regarding service efficiency. With the advancement of technology, the restaurant plans to transition from physical menus to a digital QR Code- based menu. QR Code technology enables consumers to access the menu quickly and easily through their mobile devices. This research aims to design and develop a Digital QR Menu system using the MERN Stack technology, which consists of MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js, to enhance information accessibility and the consumer experience at BONETA Restaurant. The system was tested using the black box method to ensure its functionality, and the results showed that 15 critical pages in the system, such as login, payment, order reports, and operational pages, worked as specified. Thus, this system successfully provides an efficient, interactive, and user-friendly digital solution, ready to be implemented to improve customer service and convenience at BONETA Restaurant.
