Abstract

Developing a web-enabled Information Management System (IMS) a crucial step
toward enhancing operational efficiency, accessibility, and financial transparency
in mosque administration. This system was developed to address the challenges of
manual data handling, allowing for more structured and integrated management
of activities, finances, and community participation in qurban savings installment
programs. This study aims to develop a web-based information system intended for
the management of qurban savings. The data collection methods include interviews
and observations to identify the operational needs of the mosque, literature studies
as a reference for system design, and interface design based on the gathered data.
Black Box Testing was applied to evaluate the performance of the system, which
confirmed that all main functions—including login, activity management, financial
transactions, congregation data, and qurban management—performed well. The
data input features operated as expected, and the logout process functioned
properly. Overall, the developed system improves the efficiency, effectiveness, and
accountability of mosque operations while strengthening the relationship between
administrators and congregants through better information transparency. With the
implementation of this system, mosque administrators are expected to focus more
on social and religious activities and encourage greater community participation
in mosque programs.
