PENGARUH SISTIM INFORMASI KESEHATAN DAN KOMPETENSI PEGAWAI TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI PROVINSI PAPUA TENGAH

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Sistem Informasi Kesehatan dan Kompetensi Pegawai terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Publik di Dinas Kesehatan, Pengendalian Penduduk, dan Keluarga Berencana Provinsi Papua Tengah. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan 52 pegawai sebagai responden dengan metode sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Informasi Kesehatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Publik, di mana implementasi yang baik meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas, serta kepuasan masyarakat terhadap layanan kesehatan. Kompetensi Pegawai juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Publik, yang dapat ditingkatkan melalui pelatihan, dukungan pimpinan, serta keterampilan dalam mengikuti prosedur dan beradaptasi dengan perubahan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel ini berkontribusi dalam menciptakan sistem pelayanan yang lebih baik dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat. Integrasi antara sistem informasi yang efektif dan pegawai yang kompeten menjadi faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesehatan di wilayah tersebut.
