Abstrak

Services and provision of facilities and infrastructure play a crucial role in supporting the quality of learning at the elementary school level. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of services and provision of facilities/infrastructure in improving the quality of learning in the Nabire Regency Education Office. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, involving observation, interviews, and documentation of five informants who understand the policies and implementation of the provision of educational facilities. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of services and provision of facilities/infrastructure has a significant effect on the quality of learning. However, there are still obstacles such as slow administration, varying quality of facilities, lack of maintenance, and low community participation in the management of educational facilities. In addition, limited classroom space, teaching aids, access to technology, and inadequate sanitation are also major challenges. To overcome this problem, the Education Office has made various efforts such as teacher training, infrastructure improvement, curriculum adjustments, and encouraging community involvement. It is hoped that with a more integrated and collaborative approach, the quality of learning in elementary schools can improve sustainably.
