Pengaruh Employee Engagement (Keterikatan Kerja) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Kehutanan dan Pertanahan Provinsi Papua Tengah

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh employee engagement (keterikatan kerja) terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Kehutanan, dan Pertanahan Provinsi Papua Tengah. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Analisis data dilakukan melalui regresi linear sederhana menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Tiga aspek utama keterikatan kerja yang berkontribusi adalah: (1) kesediaan pegawai untuk memihak pekerjaan yang mencerminkan loyalitas dan dedikasi; (2) keterlibatan aktif dalam pelaksanaan tugas yang melampaui kewajiban minimal; serta (3) pekerjaan yang dipandang sebagai bagian dari identitas diri pegawai, sehingga mendorong peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas kinerja secara berkelanjutan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa semakin tinggi keterikatan kerja, semakin baik pula kinerja yang ditunjukkan pegawai. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi manajerial bahwa peningkatan employee engagement melalui pelatihan, komunikasi terbuka, dan penghargaan prestasi merupakan strategi penting dalam memperkuat kinerja aparatur sipil negara di sektor publik.
