Analisis Pengaruh kepemimpinan dan Budaya Kerja Perempuan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada PT PLN (Persero) Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan Merauke

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan perempuan dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT PLN (Persero) Unit Layanan Pelanggan Kurik UP3 Merauke. Latar belakang penelitian didasari pergeseran paradigma kepemimpinan dari dominasi laki-laki menuju pengakuan kompetensi perempuan dalam memimpin, serta pentingnya budaya kerja adaptif dalam mendukung kinerja. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif kausal. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai ULP Kurik UP3 Merauke sebanyak 46 orang, yang diteliti melalui total sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan perempuan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, demikian pula budaya kerja. Secara simultan, kedua variabel memberikan kontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, dengan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,361. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa 36,1% variasi kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh kepemimpinan perempuan dan budaya kerja, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain. Penelitian ini menegaskan peran strategis kepemimpinan perempuan dan budaya kerja positif dalam meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi, khususnya di sektor BUMN.
