Transformasi Disiplin Kerja melalui Sistem Absensi Digital di Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Balo’ta

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas pemberlakuan absensi mobile dalam meningkatkan disiplin dan kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Balo’ta di Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap sepuluh informan yang terdiri atas manajemen, supervisor, dan karyawan operasional, serta didukung oleh observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik untuk menggali persepsi, pengalaman, dan respons karyawan terhadap penerapan absensi mobile. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa absensi mobile berbasis aplikasi dan GPS mampu meningkatkan kedisiplinan karyawan, khususnya dalam ketepatan waktu dan kepatuhan terhadap jam kerja. Penerapan sistem ini juga berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja, efisiensi kerja, serta objektivitas pengawasan dan evaluasi karyawan. Faktor pendukung utama meliputi dukungan manajemen, kesadaran dan tanggung jawab karyawan, serta kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi. Sementara itu, kendala teknis seperti gangguan jaringan, akurasi GPS, dan keterbatasan fitur tertentu masih menjadi hambatan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa absensi mobile efektif dalam meningkatkan disiplin dan kinerja karyawan di KSP Balo’ta, namun memerlukan pengembangan sistem dan pemeliharaan berkelanjutan agar implementasinya lebih optimal.
