Analisis Pengaruh Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja ASN di Lingkup Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di lingkup Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain ex post facto, melibatkan 35 responden ASN dari tiga bagian di bawah koordinasi Asisten Perekonomian dan Pembangunan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN, disiplin kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN, dan secara simultan motivasi serta disiplin kerja memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja ASN. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kinerja ASN dapat dicapai melalui penguatan faktor internal berupa motivasi serta penegakan kedisiplinan kerja yang konsisten. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan masukan bagi pemerintah daerah dalam merumuskan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia, terutama dalam menciptakan sistem penghargaan dan penegakan aturan yang adil untuk mendorong produktivitas ASN.
