Kepemimpinan Partisipatif dan Pengambilan Keputusan dalam Organisasi Kemasyarakatan Berbasis Budaya: Studi pada PMTI Kota Sorong

Kepemimpinan dan pengambilan keputusan merupakan faktor krusial dalam keberlanjutan organisasi kemasyarakatan berbasis budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis karakteristik kepemimpinan, proses pengambilan keputusan, serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kualitas keputusan dalam manajemen organisasi Persatuan Masyarakat Toraja Indonesia (PMTI) di Kota Sorong. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap pengurus dan anggota organisasi, observasi partisipatif, serta studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan PMTI Kota Sorong didominasi oleh gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif dan kekeluargaan yang berakar pada nilai-nilai budaya Toraja. Proses pengambilan keputusan dilakukan melalui mekanisme musyawarah mufakat yang melibatkan berbagai unsur organisasi. Faktor utama yang memengaruhi efektivitas kepemimpinan dan kualitas keputusan meliputi komunikasi internal, pengalaman dan kedewasaan anggota, nilai budaya lokal, serta keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya organisasi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan partisipatif berkontribusi positif terhadap legitimasi keputusan dan komitmen anggota dalam implementasinya. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi nilai budaya lokal dalam praktik kepemimpinan organisasi kemasyarakatan guna mewujudkan tata kelola organisasi yang efektif dan berkelanjutan.
