Analisis Pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan dan Training terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja ASN pada Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Papua Tengah

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pendidikan dan training terhadap peningkatan kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) pada Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Papua Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi berjumlah 42 ASN, yang seluruhnya dijadikan sampel melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN, sehingga semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan maka semakin meningkat kompetensi teknis dan profesionalisme pegawai. Sebaliknya, training tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN meskipun telah diselenggarakan sesuai bidang tugas. Namun, secara simultan tingkat pendidikan dan training berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa kombinasi keduanya dapat saling melengkapi, dimana pendidikan memberikan dasar pengetahuan dan training menambah keterampilan praktis, sehingga secara bersama-sama mampu meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi kerja ASN. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pemerintah daerah dalam merumuskan strategi peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia melalui program pendidikan berkelanjutan dan pelatihan yang lebih aplikatif.
