Efektivitas Program Pembinaan Rohani dan Jasmani pada Kesehatan Mental dan Fisik Personil Polri di Polda Sulawesi Selatan

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas program pembinaan rohani dan jasmani terhadap kesehatan mental dan fisik personel POLRI di Polda Sulawesi Selatan. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan kerangka evaluasi model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap lima informan yang berasal dari Biro SDM dan satuan kerja terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pembinaan rohani dan jasmani berkontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan ketenangan mental, keseimbangan emosional, kebugaran fisik, serta produktivitas kerja personel. Kegiatan rohani berperan dalam menurunkan tingkat stres dan memperkuat disiplin mental, sementara pembinaan jasmani meningkatkan stamina, konsentrasi, dan kesehatan fisik. Faktor pendukung efektivitas program meliputi dukungan pimpinan, ketersediaan fasilitas, dan partisipasi aktif personel. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi antara lain keterbatasan waktu, kondisi cuaca, dan benturan jadwal tugas operasional. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa program pembinaan rohani dan jasmani efektif dalam mendukung kesehatan mental dan fisik personel POLRI, serta merekomendasikan peningkatan frekuensi kegiatan, variasi program, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan untuk memperkuat dampak program secara jangka panjang.
