Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of management strategies and their impact on the performance of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk in the FMCG industry in Indonesia. The research employs a qualitative approach with content analysis and a strategic management theory framework. The results of the study include the vision, mission, and core values of the company, as well as an analysis of market structure, aiming to provide insights into best practices in competitive strategy implementation in the FMCG industry in Indonesia. PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk has strengths in product diversification, extensive distribution networks, deep industry experience, and active research and development. However, weaknesses such as dependence on core products, slow response to market trends, and weak brand management exist. The company's strategies encompass sustainability, innovation, human resource development, retail outlet expansion, operational efficiency enhancement, and product innovation. Porter's Five Forces analysis reveals the challenges and opportunities faced by the company in a complex market environment
