STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN KOPERASI SIMPAN PINJAM BALO’ TORAJA BERBASIS DIGITAL

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Digital-Based Balo' Toraja Savings and Loans Cooperative Development Strategy and Digital-Based Information Technology Development of the Balo' Toraja Savings and Loans Cooperative. The method used in this research is qualitative, namely a research method that uses descriptive data which is what the respondent will do in writing or orally through interviews. The results of this research show that the strategy for developing the digital-based Balo' Toraja Savings and Loans Cooperative has been carried out universally, which calls on every member to utilize the Android media they have to obtain information related to activities and work programs in the cooperative. The strategy for developing the Balo' Savings and Loans Cooperative Digital-based Toraja can be done by: Utilizing information technology by using the simpool application to control member databases and financial-based data digitally, which is applied to employees in accordance with their respective main duties. And creating resources for the Balo' Toraja Savings and Loans Cooperative that are agile, productive and have a digital culture to improve the welfare of members.
