The aim of this research is to find out the influence on the failure of organizational climate and work ethic on employee performance. This type of research is qualitative. The sampling technique in this research is purposive cluster random sampling. The results of this research show that organizational climate and work ethic have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of the statistical calculation of the F-test with a table of 4.15 show a calculated F value of 216.250. after that it was compared with the F table value of 0.276 with a significance of 5% (0.05). malkal dalpalt concluded F arithmetic > from F table (216.250) with significance F 0.000 <0.05 independent valrial dimension Organizational climate (X1), work ethic (X2), secalral salt has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so it is considered the three hypotheses that were put forward were accepted.
