Partisipasi dan Motivasi kerja dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai(Studi Kualitatif di Kantor Distrik Tomosiga)

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran partisipasi dan motivasi kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di Kantor Distrik Tomosiga. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi terhadap pegawai serta pimpinan kantor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi kerja, melalui keterlibatan dalam pengambilan keputusan dan pelaksanaan program, meningkatkan rasa memiliki dan tanggung jawab pegawai. Motivasi kerja, baik intrinsik berupa rasa tanggung jawab dan kepuasan kerja, maupun ekstrinsik berupa penghargaan dan dukungan lingkungan kerja, terbukti memperkuat semangat dan produktivitas. Sinergi antara partisipasi dan motivasi menciptakan dampak positif signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai, yang tercermin pada produktivitas, kualitas layanan, dan inisiatif kerja. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan pentingnya strategi manajemen SDM yang menyeimbangkan pemberian ruang partisipasi, pengakuan terhadap kontribusi, serta penguatan lingkungan kerja kondusif untuk mendukung kinerja optimal di sektor pemerintahan daerah.
