Evaluation of Vehicle Operational Costs for Public Transportation Fares for the Satu Nusa Bus on the Medan-Padangsidimpuan Route

Public transportation is a transportation used by people or the west to move from one place to another by being charged a fee as a reward. Making public transportation modes used as an important means by urban communities, especially used by urban communities to support daily activities with low to middle incomes. Therefore, it is very necessary for parties who can provide public transportation services (operators) as a service to the community (users). From the results of the study, the tariff based on BOK was obtained at IDR 135,000. The average Ability To Pay value of IDR 107,940 is below the average Willingness To Pay value of IDR 137,729 (ATP <WTP), which indicates that users have low incomes, but the utility of the service is relatively high.
