Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas PUPR Provinsi Papua Tengah

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Provinsi Papua Tengah. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 63 responden yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, demikian pula disiplin kerja terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Secara simultan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja bersama-sama berkontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan strategi peningkatan motivasi, baik intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik, serta penegakan disiplin yang konsisten dalam rangka mendorong kinerja optimal aparatur sipil negara di lingkungan Dinas PUPR Papua Tengah. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi manajemen kepegawaian untuk merancang kebijakan pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang lebih efektif, terutama melalui pemberian penghargaan, peningkatan fasilitas kerja, serta pembinaan kedisiplinan yang terstruktur.
