This research is motivated by the construction industry, where the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) offers the potential to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and accelerate the construction process. However, challenges such as the lack of skilled human resources in BIM and limited understanding of its benefits need to be addressed through training. This study aims to evaluate the impact of BIM implementation in the renovation project of Church XXX on Jalan Gunung Latimojong, demonstrating that BIM can expedite planning and reduce on-site errors. The research employs both quantitative and qualitative methods, collecting data through questionnaires. Data from validity tests, reliability tests, and multiple linear regression analysis indicate that training and BIM implementation significantly affect construction planning. With an F-value greater than the F-table and a significance level below 0.05, this study shows that the combination of training and BIM implementation positively impacts planning efficiency. BIM enhances team collaboration, early error detection, and project data integration, ultimately reducing costs and improving overall efficiency in the renovation of Church XXX.
