ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI KARTU OTSUS KESEHATAN DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DI PROVINSI PAPUA TENGAH

Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi Kartu Otsus Sehat (KO Sehat) dan dampaknya terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Provinsi Papua Tengah. Kartu KO Sehat merupakan program yang bertujuan meningkatkan aksesibilitas layanan kesehatan bagi Orang Asli Papua (OAP), terutama mereka yang belum terdaftar dalam BPJS Kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kartu KO Sehat telah memberikan kemudahan akses pelayanan kesehatan, mengurangi beban ekonomi pasien, serta meningkatkan kualitas layanan melalui sistem rujukan yang lebih baik. Namun, implementasi program ini masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, termasuk kurangnya sosialisasi, keterbatasan fasilitas kesehatan, serta tumpang tindih layanan dengan BPJS Kesehatan. Untuk meningkatkan efektivitasnya, diperlukan perbaikan dalam sistem administrasi, peningkatan fasilitas layanan, serta sosialisasi yang lebih luas kepada masyarakat.
Dengan implementasi yang optimal, program KO Sehat diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat di Papua Tengah.
