Data on HIV in Jeneponto Regency is increasing because of risky behavior, on the other hand high school students' knowledge about transmission of this disease is still lacking, there is no curriculum specifically addressing sexually transmitted infections (STDs) and HIV AIDS. The involvement of people with HIV/AIDS in activities of students 'spiritual creativity camps and PLWHA has proven to be an effective model in social engineering, increasing students' knowledge about how HIV is transmitted, students no longer stigmatizing and discriminating against PLWHA. PkM activities are carried out in the form of education about sexually transmitted diseases and HIV/AIDS in high school students involving people with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA). The aim of the activity is to change the high-risk behavior of adolescent school students by increasing knowledge related to sexually transmitted diseases and HIV/AIDS. This method was chosen with the consideration of involving PLWHA in education proven effective in the transfer of knowledge because PLHIV generally can notify students about their experiences when contracting HIV, sending education messages by peer groups and direct experience handling this disease can form positive knowledge, attitudes and actions, so students avoid risky behavior. Education is conducted in the form of counseling that starts with a pre-test, discussion of questions and answers, guessing the game, and ends with a post-test to evaluate changes in student knowledge related to HIV/AIDS. Increased student knowledge about ways of transmitting and preventing sexually transmitted diseases and HIV/AIDS. An interesting form of education might make students enthusiastic and make it easier for them to absorb knowledge without feeling bored.
