Abstrak

The Community Service Program Partner is a housewife in Setiarejo Village, Lamasi District, Luwu Regency. The purpose of the implementation of this service is to increase knowledge of materials, tools, processing, and presentation of biscuits to Housewives in Setiarejo Village, Lamasi District, Luwu Regency. The service implementation program was carried out in July 2019, located in Setiarejo Village, Lamasi District, Luwu Regency, the Target Services Program was the Housewife Group in Setiarejo Village, Lamasi District, Luwu Regency. The methods offered, training, processing, and serving nutritious biscuits and mentoring. Results: Implementation includes preparation, implementation (training, practicum, and mentoring), Increased skills in managing biscuits is knowledge of biscuits (60%), material knowledge (73.3%), equipment knowledge (80%), processing knowledge (60% %)) and the results are nutritious biscuits using brown rice flour, tilapia fish flour and well-received sardine flour
