Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health in the implementation of construction projects needs to be considered, considering the risk of the possibility of a work accident being very high. In general, work accidents occur due to lack of knowledge and training, lack of supervision, all of which affect safety performance in the construction industry. Thus it is necessary to conduct an evaluation of the K3 program that has been made. The purpose of this study is to analyze the K3 system, evaluate the extent of the implementation of the K3 program and formulate a model for the implementation of the K3 system. The research method used a questionnaire to 43 samples of project workers. The data analysis method used the least squares method with a view to seeing the elasticity of the independent variables on the dependent variable through regression analysis, correlation analysis (R) and coefficient of determination (R Square), significance test (t-test), and linear relationship significance test (f- tests). Next, interpret the model on the results of the analysis. The analytical tool is SPSS 17 Program. The results showed that the company PT. X does not implement the K3 program. The implementation of the OHS program has not been in accordance with existing laws and government regulations. as well as the implementation and evaluation model of the K3 management system by PT. X is to reinforce the imposition of sanctions if you do not use K3 tools and carry out K3 training with a coefficient of determination of (R2 = 0.996)
